Purpose / Service Description

H2 Compressors, LLC provides an internal SMS notification service for authorized company personnel. The service delivers cybersecurity and infrastructure notifications, including high and critical security alerts, system or service failures, recovery notifications, and a daily security system health digest. These messages are operational and informational only. They are not used for marketing, advertising, sales, or promotional purposes.  

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on security and infrastructure events. Authorized recipients may also receive one scheduled daily system-health notification. Additional messages are sent only when qualifying security, service, or recovery events occur.

Verbal Consent Procedure

Before a mobile number is added to the H2 Security Alert SMS system, an authorized H2 administrator verbally explains the messaging service and asks the recipient for explicit consent. The administrator reads the following consent statement: “H2 Compressors, LLC would like to send you recurring automated cybersecurity and infrastructure alerts. Messages may include high and critical security events, service-status and recovery notifications, and a daily security system health digest. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Do you consent to receive these messages at this mobile number?” The recipient must explicitly answer Yes before enrollment. A negative response or lack of affirmative consent will not result in enrollment. H2 records the recipient’s name, mobile number, date of consent, and the administrator who obtained consent. Only authorized personnel who have affirmatively opted in are added to the notification system.  

Enrollment Confirmation

After enrollment, the recipient may receive a confirmation message similar to: “H2 SECURITY: You are enrolled in H2 security and infrastructure alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.”  

Opt-Out

Recipients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, the recipient will no longer receive H2 Security Alert SMS messages unless they subsequently provide consent to enroll again.

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance with the H2 Security Alert SMS service.  

Voluntary Participation

Consent to receive SMS security notifications is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, access to company systems, or receipt of any unrelated company service.  

Privacy

H2 Compressors, LLC respects the privacy of personnel enrolled in the H2 Security Alert SMS service. Mobile telephone numbers and related enrollment information are collected solely for the purpose of delivering authorized cybersecurity, infrastructure, system-status, service-recovery, and security-health notifications. Information associated with this service may include the recipient’s name, mobile telephone number, date of consent, consent status, and administrative records necessary to manage enrollment and message delivery. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. SMS consent is limited to the H2 Security Alert SMS service and will not be transferred to another organization for its own marketing or promotional use. H2 Compressors, LLC may provide limited information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and technical service providers when necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the SMS notification service. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide the applicable communications or technical services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, court order, or other lawful governmental request. H2 Compressors, LLC maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect mobile numbers, consent records, and related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the security notification service, document recipient consent, satisfy applicable compliance requirements, and maintain appropriate business and security records. Participation in the H2 Security Alert SMS service is voluntary. Recipients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to an H2 Security Alert message. After an opt-out request is processed, the mobile number will no longer receive messages from this SMS program unless the recipient later provides consent to enroll again. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance with the service. Questions regarding enrollment, privacy, consent records, or the use of personal information may also be directed to H2 Compressors, LLC through the company’s normal administrative or IT support channels.  

Terms and Conditions

The H2 Security Alert SMS service is an internal notification service provided by H2 Compressors, LLC to authorized personnel who have expressly consented to receive cybersecurity, infrastructure, system-status, service-recovery, and security-health notifications by SMS. By enrolling in the H2 Security Alert SMS service, the recipient consents to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number provided. Messages may include high and critical security alerts, system or service failure notifications, recovery notifications, and a scheduled daily security system health digest. Message frequency varies depending on security and infrastructure activity. Recipients may receive one scheduled daily system-health notification in addition to event-driven security, service, or recovery messages. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless service plan. H2 Compressors, LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by a wireless carrier. Participation in the H2 Security Alert SMS service is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, access to company systems, or receipt of any unrelated company service. Recipients may opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP to an H2 Security Alert message. After an opt-out request is processed, no additional messages will be sent through this SMS program unless the recipient later provides consent to enroll again. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance with the service or contact H2 Compressors, LLC through the company’s normal administrative or IT support channels. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device configuration, or other circumstances outside the control of H2 Compressors, LLC. The H2 Security Alert SMS service is intended solely for authorized operational and security communications. It is not used for marketing, advertising, sales, or promotional messaging. H2 Compressors, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS notification service when necessary for security, operational, technical, or compliance reasons. Any changes to the service will not alter a recipient’s right to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
